Big Fan!

We love staying here! It's a great location right off the freeway, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The interior is always clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. And with free breakfast-- what more could you ask for??

Nice stay

We arrived very late and the associate checked us in quickly. We needed extra bedding for the couch bed and he was quick to get us what we needed. Very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and the breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

It's all around great. Can't complain about anything. The only recommendation would be to switch up the protein in the breakfast by adding variety instead of the back and forth bacon and sausage. Especially for people who stay more than a week like me. I would stay here any time.

Good and Bad

The hotel was nice. We wanted a suite hotel so we could fix some meals. Comfortable bed. Really liked having a door between bed/bath and the kitchen/living space. Good hot breakfast. Two things we didn't like: high kitchen breakfast bar with those tall stools (uncomfortable and difficult to climb onto); no housekeeping services at all (light housekeeping services were supposed to be conducted daily, but in a 3-night stay we got none.

When we checked in they said they didn't have a room for me. I said well it was non refundable so ummmmm ya either gotta find me a room or get me my money back. They eventually put us in a wheelchair accessible room which was fine. The room was clean, large, and comfy. The only negative was the loudest rickity a/c unit I've ever heard (rm 200) made it tough to sleep. The breakfast buffet makes everything worth it though!
