Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet
Separate Toilet.. Electric storage heaters, electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 steps in the garden.. Hartholm is a comfortable and modest self-catering bungalow set in an elevated position with stunning views of Goatfell and has a private garden and patio for relaxing in. The sun room at the rear of the property has access out to the back garden whilst the large windows in the living room allow you to enjoy the stunning view of the mountains. It is set in a quiet residential street within walking distance (via a steep hill) to all the amenities in Brodick, which include shops, bars and restaurants, the beach, children’s play park and golf club. This property is in an ideal location to base your Arran holiday and enjoy the mountain views.

Stayed there a few times and notice improvements have been made ie new TV and table and chairs in dining room.Unfortunately we had a blocked drain but in was sorted within 24 hours. Will go back.

Bit disappointed there was no basic cooking kit e.
Bit disappointed there was no basic cooking kit e.g. frying oil, vinegar, sugar, T-Bags, instant coffee, long life milk - only salt and pepper. If it were me I would offer a basic supplies kit as an optional extra for guests so we didn't have to buy this kind of stuff and get rid of it for one or two breakfasts and evening meals.

We had a lovely holiday here.
We had a lovely holiday here. Nice spacious house with amazing views. The cottage had everything we needed and was ideally located. Great wifi and smart TV. Excellent value for money too.
