This five bedroom, five and a half bathroom home is just one block back from the beach! Located just outside the gates of Wild Dunes Resort, on the cul-de-sac of 56th Ave, this home allows access to all of the resort’s amenities. This home has a sprawling floor plan that provides over 6,000 square feet and is filled with luxurious décor throughout, including hardwood floors and marble countertops. Entering into the grand foyer of this home, a formal dining room is on the right and provides a sizable table with seating for ten people. From the formal dining room, a state of the art kitchen can be accessed, fully equipped to handle any meal. A dining table for eight and kitchen bar seating for two rounds out the fabulous kitchen. Through the kitchen is a small sitting area with a pull out sofa. Adjoining the sitting room is the game room featuring a pool table and flat screen TV with cable. In the center of the home is a large family room with comfortable furnishings. A half bath is just off the living room. The media room is also on the main level of this home and features a flat screen HDTV, gaming system and a pull-out sofa bed. The first level also has a piano room, through which, the screened in porch can be accessed. Additionally, one bedroom with a king size bed and private bath is located on this floor.

The second floor is comprised of four bedrooms which provide an array of bedding. A king size bed is present in the master bedroom while a queen bed and twin size bed with pop up trundle occupies a second bedroom. A third bedroom features two twin beds while the remaining bedroom provides a king size bed. One of the best features of the second floor is the rear balcony which runs almost the entire length of the house and has multiple seating groups providing the perfect outdoor space to soak up some sun or enjoy a family meal. Other wonderful features include flat screen televisions in all bedrooms, a game room with a pool table, a sitting area, piano room, and amazing ocean views!

Credit authorization required at check in for $90 per day due to ability to charge anything on the resort back to your room. This authorization will be reversed at check out for any funds not used during your stay. Most banks take 5-7 business days to actually credit your card back the funds if using a debit card.
