Great Family Friendly 5 bedroom home located on a corner lot. Only two blocks from the IOP marina and close to the beach. This home is boat friendly with easy access to the IOP Boat Ramp. You will love how this home can accommodate a very large family or even 2 families wanting to vacation together. The dining area seats 14 including the bar at the kitchen counter and the living area provides ample seating with its large open floor plan.The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare large meals including Thanksgiving dinner!

The floor plan has a terrific layout giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind. The screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet moment or pick a rocker on the front porch and take in the early morning sun. The private deck upstairs also provides a great place to get away or to sunbathe. The upstairs master is large enough for a small family with the queen bed, pullout sleeper sofa and a Pack N' Play! In addition to the 3 queen bedrooms your kids will love the BUNK room! With the trundle included this room easily sleeps 5!

The garage area provides covered parking for 4 vehicles and don't forget your BOAT! Your kids will also love the basketball goal in the driveway so make sure to bring your basketball too.

Weekend getaway

Fantastic long weekend spent here. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Short 4/10 mile walk to the beach. Clean and spacious home. Love the screen porch. Really rested well. Bed was extremely comfortable! Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect place

Great great place. 2 blocks from beach House is very accommodating. Kitchen has everthing you need. We had a small issue with hot water and Ryan fixed it immediately. Staff at Sweetgrass is awesome. The house is older but so do much charm. You can tell that the family that ownes it loves it and so do we.

Long Weekend Great Place to Stay

The house was clean and very comfortable. It was a convenient walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the screened in porch. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Check in was very easy. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children under 8. This was a very comfortable place for our family. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice. Most commented it was better than the pictures. Finally got my siblings to venture east of the Mississippi River. All enjoyed Charleston- history, food, atmosphere.

Spacious home in nice neighborhood.

We enjoyed all the porches( screened-in, top floor sun porch, and front entrance with rocking chairs). We did not do any cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals. We spent an afternoon on the beach. Being mid week and the middle of October, parking near a beach access was not a problem. Great restaurants to choose from right on the island. Our ladies group had a wonderful time. need to prepare your own meals.

Loved the house location and the house itself was good but the cleaning was not it at all. Showers and bathroom was not clean. Dishes dirty. Was not what the pics look like. The mailbox was leaning , a rocking chair broke,blinds off one side of front door. Basketball hoop fell and barely missed our truck and the golf cart . So I just laid it down for the rest of the stay. We did have a great time though no matter what.

Great location and plenty of room!

Few things need to be addressed (broken toilet seat, not sure how the washer works, few things could use a deeper scrub) but overall would stay again!! Enjoyed our time together and house is a blessing!

Great house and very spacious. It is about 1/4 mile from beach but easy access and a pleasant little walk. The beach is so big it was never crowded. House contains all the amenities a family needs and lots of space. Love the screened-in-porch and it is a great place to hang out.

Great Stay

We REALLY enjoyed this home - its nicely laid out with everything we needed and very comfortable beds and rooms. We really liked the multiple porches and decks. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the marina and the beach but out of the way so its fairly quiet - it was nice to be able to walk to a lot of places to get our walks in - and very close driving distance to Grocery store, Breach Inlet, Sullivan's Island and restaurants... Rachel and all the ladies at the management company were really great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
