Enjoy the coastal calm of this tastefully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa directly across the boulevard from the famous 7-mile Front Beach and Ocean. A perfect getaway!

Relax in the coastal living room and dining area. The living room features a queen sized sleeper sofa and new 50” Samsung television with cable and WiFi. There is plenty of seating for your rental party to sit and relax. The property has a well stocked full size kitchen and dining area which seats six. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 45” flat screen TV, and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares the hall bath. Relax on the balcony with the bar chairs and table and your favorite beverage taking in the beautiful ocean view while enjoying the picture perfect sunrises and evening ocean breezes.

We came here for a wedding and could not be happier with our stay. The location is perfect. Parking passes were provided to park right next to the condo and then everything was in walking distance (restaurants, shops, beach). It was clean, communication was easy and directions were clear. We would definitely stay again if we come back!

We had a great time at this condo. You do get your workout in each time going up since it’s on the 3rd floor. But there’s a benefit of not having someone above you. Great view to the beach from balcony and very convenient beach and fishing pier access. Loved the restaurants right there in walking distance. All restaurants were excellent! We would recommend this condo and would like to use it again when in Charleston. Thank you!

Long weekend stay

We stayed Wednesday to Monday. Nice property and convenient location to beach, restaurants and grocery store. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, coffee pots, mugs, etc. We thought the property had a washer/dryer but it didn't. It is locates on the 3rd floor which is a lot of steps..just an FYI. I would recommend the property get a new couch as the one in the living room was very uncomfortable to sit on. We had some issues with towels but the management company promptly brought is the correct number. I would recommend this property.

We requested a condo on folly and this listing showed up and we picked it. We had wanted to be near our family on folly. It wasn’t until we got the actual address we noticed it was on isle of palms, pretty disappointing! Could not get warm or hot water in either shower for entire stay. But we could at sinks. Got rash from couch, finally resolved when we used our blanket on the couch. two swivel chairs need cleaning. Couch cushions slouch so bad they are very uncomfortable. Despite these issues we had a wonderful time. I don’t mean to be complaining just wanted to point out a few issues so they might be resolved for next visitors. Oh yeah rugs need to go, they HURT to walk on.

We’ll equipped kitchen. Short walk to the beach and pier. Connector provides easy access to 17 and downtown as well as 526 and airport. Ocean view much nicer than what was shown in photos. Walk up to 3rd floor was no big deal and was worth having a unit with a great view.

Condo was just as advertised

The condo was just as advertised! We rented for a friends weekend in Charleston and it worked perfect. We had a little time at the beach and easy drive to Charleston. The view of the ocean was better than expected. Also we didn’t realize the deck would be as big or would have 4 chairs so were delighted to find it was big enough and had chairs for us to sit out there and enjoy the view. Everything in the condo functioned properly and was stocked as promised. One thing to mention is to explore the businesses down the road from condo. We found them the last night and wish we would have sooner. Definitely recommend the condo. It is on the third floor and no elevator so be prepared to walk up stairs.
