Stayed for a week over Thanksgiving. Loved walking the beautiful beach. The house is well equipped and we enjoyed the backyard deck with fire pit. We had a bit of trouble on the first day with one of the bathrooms, but the property staff was extremely responsive and it was able to be fixed that day, fortunately. It's probably the most professional, responsive management we've experienced across many stays around the world.
House was as listed. The internet was not great and had trouble at one end of the house which made using the TV difficult. Had bug issues but maintenance took care of it in a timely fashion. No issues with hot water and location was great. Wished a beach house had some beach towels so we did not have to get our own. They were not listed as included but it would have been a nice addition.
When we first arrived late Thursday night, the house seemed clean, however, over our stay, we spotted two cockroaches. One we were able to kill, the other one ran under the washing machine. We hoped that none of them got into our luggage.The backyard was spacious which was great for the kids to burn off energy. Please be aware that there are lots of pottery shards and broken glass in the backyard for kids that want to run through the backyard barefoot (like ours). I even found a utility knife laying on the ground that was rusted and open. We snapped the blade off and tossed it in the trash.It was a good location to walk to the beach and to visit historic sites in Charleston. Please be advised that if you have problems with this rental that you need to call the numbers on the fridge. The first day we were there (Friday), we couldn't leave the house because the e-lock on the door wasn't working. I called Vacasa at 10:00 AM and they said they would send someone out to fix it. I called 4x before Vacasa put me in touch with the local Vacasa team at 2:30 PM. They told me where I could find a real key and said they would send someone out quickly to repair the e-lock. (The battery was dead.). No one came out Friday, Saturday, or Sunday to repair the lock. Someone was finally sent out Monday afternoon. In all fairness, Vacasa did give us a credit for the inconvenience, but it was really a let down.
The house was in an absolutely beautiful location. Such an enjoyable time exploring the area with a great spot to stay. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed staying at the property and the short bike ride to the beach.

The stay was nice overall and offered necessities.The air conditioning was very cold in the living room but not as effective in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The home needs to be painted on the interior and some other deferred maintenance to be addressed on both inside and outside and cleaned better.
We live in Summerville! And decided to get a beach house to enjoy daily beach trips over spring break! It was perfect! Clean, awesome location, easy check in and perfectly perfect for entertaining!
Manger of the property was quick to communicate/answer any questions. I thought the property was in a great location, easy walk to the beach! Overall very pleased with the property!
Our stay at this lovely ranch style home was very nice, it suited our family of 6 perfectly. The backyard is very large and fenced in, it would've been perfect for our dog if we were allowed to bring our him with us.
Property and amenity descriptions along with photos help guide me in picking this vacation rental. A floor plan was especially helpful with my decision.
Lovely house. Check in/out times are later/earlier than most but other than that all good.

This place is exactly as described! I would definitely stay here again. Quick responses to all emails, and they even gave us a few numbers to call and/or text if we had any problems. The home is in walking distance to the beach, but they also had a golf cart that we could rent that made the trip to the beach even easier! In the evenings the backyard was the perfect spot to hang out under the trees. Awesome Trip!

Great location and a perfect home for a relaxing island getaway.
This was a really wonderful experience from beginning to end. The home was immaculate, beautiful deck with gas grill and table for 6. The family room and large TVs throughout the home make relaxing a breeze and the three bed three bath layout is perfect for one or a group. The kitchen was great, well stocked with cooking supplies and the code entry system makes it easy to enter and leave the home. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and grocery store was really great and allows you to keep the car in the nice sized drive way if you want to take in the walking scenery. Huge back lot fenced in gives you privacy to just relax and enjoy your vacation. The entire experience was five star!

Place was gorgeous, great proximity to beach. Only downfall is the amount of kitchen utensils upon cooking. Missing hot plates and not enough hand towels. Received very few garbage bags. But overall the outside was awesome, golf cart was a great thing to use. Would recommend making enter code less numbers!

The house itself is very cute, in a quiet neighborhood far enough off of a busy street, but a few blocks from beach access and amenities (grocery, coffee shop, etc) and a quick drive to Sullivan's Island and Mt Pleasant. The communication leading up to the stay was great. We had two minor items that needed to be resolved (golf cart keys in a lockbox we didn't have the code to and WiFi information in the portal being incorrect), but I contacted the company both times and were able to resolve quickly.
