The house is beautiful; very spacious, quiet, well-appointed. The bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable for our group of seven adults. The beach is just a short walk away. On the negative side -- while advertised as featuring a hot-tub, the water wasn't heated, and it automatically drained each evening at 6:00pm. Also, some items we might have expected in the kitchen -- e.g. paper towels (more than one roll); drip coffee filters; trash bags -- were not available.We were easily able to report issues and have them resolved -- e.g., a breaker that tripped one morning was quickly addressed.
