Our home is a quick 7-9 minute walk to the beach where you can experience stunning views of the Atlantic. In the evenings unwind and relax by utilizing our outdoor space for a BBQ and fire. This cozy haven is your home away from home. Come experience the ultimate beach getaway in our little slice of costal heaven!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
CHECK-OUT is at 10:00 AM or before. * Please load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher. DO NOT START THE DISHWASHER. * Leave the bed linens on the bed. * Rinse the beach sand off of chairs and cart.
*Place all used bath towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. *Empty all trash in the kitchen/bathrooms/bedrooms and items in the refrigerator, place trash into the outside trash cans.
* Place all beach towels on the outside porch. A REMINDER, there is a $100 extra cleaning fee if rocks have been thrown on to the artificial turf and into the front water fountain.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

NO PETS ARE EVER ALLOWED. If a pet is observed the guest will be immediately asked to leave, with a $1,000 deep cleaning fee required.
No sand allowed use the outdoor shower or two hose stations to rinse off all the sand, then proceed to the indoor showers. Causes extra cleaning
