Impeccable 3rd Floor Ocean VIEWS! Pool and Pier Access!

  • This lovely third floor condo has the best views in the community. See all the way to the Morris Island lighthouse from the balcony and Wild Dunes from the front door. Just steps from the beach, private fishing pier, Isle of Palms County Park, and pool.

    The condo has been updated with laminate flooring and tasteful beach decor. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you'll need to whip up a delicious meal.

    The cozy bedroom, typical to the Sea Cabins, has a queen size bed and full bathroom access. The hallway includes two cot-style bunk beds, which makes a fun sleeping spot for the kids! There is a queen-sized sofa bed, if needed.

    Located in the heart of IOP Front Beach, just steps away from many local shops & restaurants, the Sea Cabins are the perfect place for a family get-a-way or romantic vacation.

Great view of the beach and very good location. The stairs to the 3rd floor were hard but the top floor is best view. Our stay was affected by the cold weather which was unexpected - of course, the host could not control that ;-)

The view from the balcony was perfect! The area was safe and had all kinds of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! The condo itself could use a little TLC.

Great Setting

Was pleased with the facility. The kitchen was well stocked with pots , pans, and utensils. More-so than anywhere else we stayed. Bed was very comfortable. It has a mini fridge which was perfect for us. Being on the third floor was a pain to haul our luggage and groceries. However, the third floor has great views.

We loved the close proximity to the pool, beach, and private dock. It was in walking distance to some great food, beverages, and great views. The only set back was that photos on the listing appeared to be a bit more spacious. We did find the bedrooms and living space a bit crammed. But that forced us to enjoy the great views of the ocean from our balcony, to the use the pool and stroll on the beach, etc.

Location was great. Nice beach and good restaurants. The property was just ok. Air conditioner didn’t function well so we didn’t get much sleep because it was too hot. Plus lack of air conditioning meant that our clothes and luggage smelled like mold after just a couple of days. Shower was slow to drain. And the pillows on the beds had quite a lot of use//need to be replaced. TV didn’t work either — not that we wanted to watch a lot of TV but 30m of news in the evening would have been nice. So overall the location was great and if you don’t plan to spend any time in the room it was ok. A little spendy given the age and condition of the property in my opinion.

Great Location And Amazing View

The property had amazing views of the shoreline and you could hear the surf from our balcony! Lots of places to walk to for coffee, breakfast or dinner (and happy hour too!). The only downside was the “smell” in our unit - it may have been the cleaning products or laundry soaps? During the day we kept the front door open and the balcony door. O no issue. At night I had issues sleeping in the bedroom as the window did not open so I slept in the living room to catch the ocean breeze. An unexpected downside to our stay.

The space was very tidy with very comfy beds! My 11 y/o twins loved the bunkie beds and slept great! The furniture was dated but quite comfy. Our family ate in 2 of the nights there and there was EVERYTHING we needed to cook meals. The view was very pretty and the walk to the beach and pool was QUICK! There were plenty of pillows and towels for us all. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. The bedroom was small but we just moved out of our luggage and into the closet and drawers. The kids slid their suitcases under the bottom bunk like drawers so it kept our things out of the way to make the most of the space. Easy right off the staircase parking and even easier check in! Loved everything!!

Nice Little Place

This property, while small, was perfect for my husband and me for a long weekend. The location is perfect, and the view is phenomenal. This was one of the cleanest properties in which we have ever stayed, and the kitchen was outfitted with all of the necessities plus more.There were two things that prevented a 5 star overall rating. My husband and I prefer a mattress on the firm side, but the mattress here was extremely soft. We ended up sleeping on the sofa and recliner (which were very comfortable). This wasn’t a huge issue, and for those who don’t like a firmer mattress, it would not be a problem.The second thing that necessitated a reduction in the star rating was the inoperable ceiling fan in the great room. By inoperable, I mean the fan had NO blades and looked like it was going to fall from the ceiling. Without the fan to circulate air, the unit became quite stuffy.The condo was still a good value.

Great location, condo needs a lot of updating

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at the condo. Location was amazing. Right by the beach with great ocean view from the balcony. The condo was smaller than we expected. There is no possible way 4 people can fit as listed. Maybe 1 child but it’s a small 1 bedroom with 2 tiny bunks in a closet. Seemed like the condo was falling apart. Someone mentioned in a review a year ago that the ceiling fan looked like it was about to collapse. Still hasn’t been fixed. It didn’t appear that the condo was cleaned well before our arrival. The management company did refund our cleaning fee so I will say they were very responsive and fair. We didn’t spend much time in the condo and did enjoy the location.
