About this property

Oceanfront Condo with Private Fishing Pier Access!

  • Enjoy beautiful ocean views and coastal comfort in this well-appointed beachfront condo. The bright and inviting living area offers comfortable seating and opens to a private balcony, creating the perfect place to relax and take in the sights and sounds of the beach. Beach-inspired décor throughout the condo adds a fresh, welcoming feel, while the fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a Keurig for added convenience. The recently updated bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, providing a modern and comfortable space to refresh after a day by the ocean.

    Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.
