Wonderful Oceanfront Condo overlooking Pool & Beach new renovations January 2025

New Kitchen and bath, fresh paint throughout. Pictures available late February 2025
Located on the first floor- the large spacious living, dining and kitchen area overlook both the beach and oceanfront pool – exclusively for Seagrove Guest. The porch has a separate door leading to stairs that give an even more direct beach and pool access. All of this and it is just steps to the beach!

The open style interior allows the condo to live very large – with lots of space to just kick back and relax. Completely redecorated in January 2022, we have tried to think of everything you’ll need to begin enjoying your low country vacation.

The master bedroom offers a king bed (with soft and comfy 100% cotton sheets - perfect for extra softness when you’ve had a hard day of playing in the sun!) The master bath has a spacious walk in shower with a blissful rain style shower head.

Around the corner and down the hall, the guest suite is completely private. With a King bed and its own bathroom, guest will feel like they are staying in the master bedroom!

Both bedrooms have their own wall mounted large TVs and of course, we have top speed internet (1.2 GIG) top speed so even if you must do a little work while on vacation, we’ve tried to ease the burden as much as we can.

All of this and you are within very short walking distance of the heart of Wild Dunes – the Grand Pavilion, Village shops, Sweetgrass Convention center, hotel, shops, and dining.

Beautiful condo and great location!

We loved our stay! Condo kitchen was recently renovated and gorgeous. Patio looks out over pool and has an ocean view. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot!

We really enjoyed this property! It was so clean, very comfortable, and super close to the beach! This was probably one of the easiest check-ins as well. We highly recommend this property for your getaway!

Fantastic Family Getaway

Seagrove 3B was a fantastic spot for our "start of summer" family getaway. The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable, as well as completely equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The view from the porch gave us beautiful views of the ocean and a perfect spot to sip coffee while we watched our kids playing in the pool below. Wild Dunes has so much to offer, and Seagrove is a prime location with easy beach access and walkability to the Grand Pavilion and Sweetgrass Inn amenities. We would definitely return to this property!

Great Stay!

We shared this unit with another couple who’ve been our friends for years. Loved the quiet location and view of the ocean just beyond the pool. The sandy beach was wide and flat so perfect for long walks. Just 3 miles to the grocery and an easy drive into Charleston. The unit was super clean with everything we needed; plenty of towels, 3 TVs, fully equipped kitchen (even a crockpot) and wonderfully comfy beds. It was a terrific stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

First impression

Not sure when last time occupied, very musty smell upon arrival. Overall very nice, clean and well furnished. Kitchen a bit disorganized but functional. Great view and easy access to beach.

Beautiful condo; great location

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It was so nice to be able to walk out our back door and take a walk along the beach. The beach is stunning and is clean and quiet, at least in mid-February! It was rather chilly at this time of year, but our grandson still loved playing in the sand and collecting shells with his Grammy. The condo had everything we needed and we loved the quiet location in this beautiful area.

Beautiful View Of The Ocean

This unit had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Very close to the beach and pool area. The bedding was extremely comfortable and The unit had everything you needed. You did have to climb the stairs with your luggage-being older that was a little tough but well worth it once you get it up there

The calm before the storm

We arrived 2 days before Hurricane Idalia hit the coast of SC. Luckily we had several gorgeous days and then….. we made it through the storm and awoke to a beautiful day. This is a very clean property. It is not pretty by my standards but it was clean and had everything we needed.
