The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. "It was our first time at the KIng Charles Hotel, the staff were very friendly, the room we had was nice and clean. The only thing was we could hear the traffic outside, all night. So we didnt get alot of sleep,as we were woken up alot. Apart from that the hotel itself was excellent. We would come back again, as long as we could have a different room, away from the main road. "
