Beautiful stay at Whistable, really enjoyed the property and the area. It was very hot when we stayed and no air conditioning in the room so we did have trouble sleeping, however the place is gorgeous and such a fantastic view. Staff were excellent too!

We had a room with a balcony and views across the sea,and our room had binoculars, for looking at the fishing boats as they passed,comfy bed,big shower great bathroom,lovely big breakfast,tv turned off sometimes and wouldn't change station from remote sometimes, maybe bad reception Free Internet worked fine

Weekend stay

Stayed for a weekend break , really pleased with all round service. Room was ample and clean for a short stay. Breakfast was good. Staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. A real nice setting right on the seafront.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Room was small but did what i needed so no issues. Room was lovely and clean along with the bathroom. Decent rain fall shower which was nice. Great location if you wanted a walk up the beach front etc. Good breakfast again with happy, friendly staff. Stayed for business but would be happy to go back for a few nights with the family.

3 nights away in Whitstable

It was a surprise 3 nights away for my parents. Hotel for them was lovely. But as an elderly couple they struggled with getting to their room in the second floor. But the reception staff were very supportive. And suggested that if my parents went back they were to call them and they would if possible arrange for a room on the first floor. Lovely hotel , lovely location and great staff

Lovely stay

Check in was allowed an hour early as room was ready which was appreciated, check in was efficient but not what I would call friendly or welcoming just businesslike. Room was super clean, very small but great with an outside balcony. Had lunch there, seafood chowder was excellent. Everything was fine but really noisy housekeeping staff in the morning. Great to hear happy laughing staff but it was pretty loud. We enjoyed our stay and yes would stay again.

Nice hotel, bijou rooms (reflected in price) Thought had been given to giving even cheap rooms some sea view. Our room was at the top which was a problem with an unexpected sudden health condition and no lift but we managed,
