"I stayed two nights at ashworth by the sea. It was more updated than I expected it to be. The building seemed very well maintained. The rooms were beautiful. We stayed in the two queen with ocean view. The view was breath taking. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. There were only two negative remarks I must state. 1. I wish we didn't have to use valet parking. I think it was ridiculous that, that was the only parking option available. I would have loved to seen self parking in their parking garage under the building. Not that we ran into any troubles but it would have saved us a few bucks. 2. The resort fee was pretty high considering we did not use the amenities that were entailed in the resort fees. I paid a lot more when all was said and done than I expected to pay. So it was definitely a price shock at the end of the stay. Word of advice expect to pay at least $200 more than what you already paid on Expedia."

"We stayed one night . It was adequate for our needs. This hotel has nothing special . Everything worked in our room. I would only stay here if you needed a place to sleep while traveling."

"The room is dark and spare, without even a chair or couch to sit on except two straight back chairs in the dining area. That surprised me. But I happily enjoyed the porch, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. And, of course being able to walk to town or launch into the river makes the location perfect."
