"There were no amenetes i went to take a shower no body wash no shampoo no conditioner all bottles empty not even bar soap And as i look around no microwave no coffee maker no iron even the toilet paper holder was gone toilet paper on the floor. The fridge was even hot. Now i will say it was the first time being like this and either hopefully the last or it will be the last time i stay there."

"Room was nice, but adjacent to the road. Okay for our one-night stay. Restaurants and stores close by, walkable distance. All you can eat breakfast was decent. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, etc. "

"Front desk was friendly and efficient during check in and checkout. Room was clean and comfortable. Security was walking the parking lot during nighttime to keep gets safe. Overall great. "

"The room was very clean but the air conditioner didn't work. The hot tub jets wouldnt come on and the light in the hot tub was broken. It was very loud at night from the upstairs, but the breakfast was great and staff was very nice. "

"Carpet in room very old and dirty. Stains on carpet. Windows dirty. Needs upgrading terribly"

"Our flight up to the Sacramento area was delayed 4 times and I reached out to the Resort to let them know about it. They were very helpful. Check in once we got there was a breeze. The room we had was AMAZING and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. We were unable to take advantage of the spa or other amenities. The roses were gorgeous along with the other greenery. If we ever get back to this area, this is a place to come back to. You're going to love it!"
