"Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper...

"Ideal location in Fair Harbor! Beautiful beaches, sunsets and slower pace the minute you get off the ferry. House has all the essentials including fabulous outside shower along with plenty of rainy day games and reading activities. We had a great stay! "We enjoyed our stay at Jake's 58. Room prices were very reasonable. The rooms are very comfortable and roomy enough. It was a plus to have a refrigerator in the room. Going downstairs for coffee/tea etc. was very easy and not too inconvenient. We appreciated the amount of security at the doors. Valet service makes parking less of a hassle as long as you don't mind spending $10 each time you park. We would stay again."

"Dismayed to see moldy spots in the shower. The mattress was quite hard but not terribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice but ran out of baked goods both mornings we ate- around 9am. The bathrooms should have more than two towels for two nights in our opinion. I always use one for my body and one for my hair. Upon entering, the room was absolutely freezing. I'm always warm but it took a long time for the room to be comfortable. It wasn't an overly hot day either. It felt as though the room had been on a very low temperature for days.
