Hotel was in a nice location and the staff tried hard to please. Unfortunately the room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around each other. The bed creaked and the fan rattled. No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings once the tourists leave.

The Hotel was nice and reasonably close (~1 mile) to the Venice airport. However, there was very limited facilities (markets and restaurants) in the immediate area. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good.
