We were looking forward to eating at the hotel but the restaurant is shut which no one told us before. Despite sending me a PDF about my upcoming trip, encouraging me to eat there. There is no room service available either even though there is a QR card in the room with the room service menu.

an immense thank you to Francois at the front desk, a true wealth of knowledge and a great young man. The tub on the patio in our room made for some nice relaxing moments. The cafés nearby were all wonderful especially take time to go to Bistrot Al Balcon and say hello to Murad

The main reason we booked this hotel was for the advertised air conditioning, and when we arrived, we were told it was “off for the season.” The room was hot and stuffy, leaving us no choice but to open the windows.
