The views are excellent. The hotel in need of a renovation. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good.

Great location. Room simple but very functional and comfortable. Rooftop bar is amazing with great drinks and spectacular view. Really nice breakfast which is a must. Helpful staff.

Gorgeous hotel, with all the luxury amenities. Location is right in the center of Taormina, about 50 meters from the Main Street, yet quiet and peaceful. Villa Conrad is owned by the ultra luxury Metropole hotel which is a 3 minute walk away. So guests of Villa Conrad enjoy all the services, pool, etc of the Metropole.

Our stay at Palazzo Vecchia Taormina exceeded our expectations. We were warmly greeted upon check in and were able to get into our room earlier than expected. Our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff at the hotel were some of the best we have ever experienced. They accommodated any and all our needs to make our stay and experience in Taormina memorable. The Monsu restaurant was excellent. The waiters Armando, Giuseppe, and Laura were very attentive and accommodated all our requests. Compliments to the chef as well! We enjoyed use of the Blu Sky Bar on the rooftop and especially the service of Patrizia, who made us feel at home. Thank you again for making our stay one of the best we have ever experienced.
