Among its facilities, 3 bathrooms, one with bath and 2 with shower, living room with fireplace and exit to the private garden and swimming pool, open fully equipped kitchen, storage room, garage and laundry.

From its large garden it offers stunning panoramic views of the Cadí and La Molina-Masella.
