  • The newly built house has a private pool and is surrounded by olive trees, carob trees, citrus fruits and fruit trees. It has two bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom, an external bathroom, a large living room with a comfortable sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The house has at its total and exclusive availability a garden with a green lawn and barbecue. The veranda allows you to have lunch and dinner in total relaxation.
    It is situated in a strategic position to visit other splendid beaches in the area and the baroque towns of Noto, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Siracusa, Marzamemi where you can taste the specialties of our Sicilian cuisine.
    At just 10 km the beautiful center of Pozzallo with its restaurants, pizzerias, cocktail bars along the beach, shops and supermarkets.

Fantastic modern villa with great pool

This is the perfect Villa. Everything you need in a tranquil spot. The owners were wonderful and welcoming. We were given lots of information on the local area and even gifted some welcome treats of cake and wine. Easy access to all the major attractions - Ragusa, Modica, Noto, vineyards and beaches We would certainly stay here again.

Dream vacation away from the masses

We traveled as a family of 4 with two little kids and couldn't be happier with this vacation. The host Piero was in contact with us before we traveled and his family awaited us at the villa with cake and a full fridge. The entire communication with him was super smooth and all our desires have been fulfilled. We even had his father on the property next to us, inviting the kids to grab fruits at any time from his garden. The villa itself is in a rather rural area and was tidy, clean and equipped with everything we needed. From here you can easily reach the sicilian Renaissance cities by car or be in 8 minutes at the beautiful beaches of the south. A great property, even greater host, sun, good food, amazing beaches and culture all around. We couldn't ask for more. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you for excellent holidays!

Absolutely amazing stay!!

Piero welcomes us to a beautiful home with fresh fruit and baked goods! The house was everything described but even better in person. Our son LOVED the pool!! We will definitely come back on our next stay, the house and welcoming host made it a 10 star stay!!

A Dream Vacation

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Upon arrival, we were met by the owner, Piero, who welcomed us with fruits from the orchard and a fresh-baked cake. He gave us information about nearby restaurants, sights and everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay. The house was impeccably maintained and fully equipped. We were even able to swim in the pool, despite being there early in the season. Piero is a thoughtful and thorough host. We will definitely return there on our next trip to that area of Sicily.

Wir hatten ein wirklich schönen Urlaub! Federica und Piero haben uns herzlich empfangen, inkl. selbstgemachten Kuchen und eingekühlten Getränken. Das Haus ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen! Sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Syrakus, Noto, Ragusa, Modica und Umgebung. Piero hatte sehr gute Lokal Empfehlungen. Der endlose Sandstrand ist ca. 10 min entfernt mit dem Auto ( keine Parkgebühr, keine Strandgebühren, einheimische Besucher).

Excellent séjour dans la villa

La villa est exceptionnelle au calme, bien placée dans la campagne. Elle est parfaitement entretenue, très fonctionnelle et remarquablement bien pensée. Il y a même un éclairage splendide le soir. La piscine est superbe. Les hôtes sont très accueillants avec des petites douceurs à l’arrivée. Excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons dès que possible voir Piero.

the perfect base

what a beautiful villa! Piero is extremely communicative, helpful and generous. the villa is pristine, has everything you could possibly need, for cooking, for the pool, an iron etc. its location is great for exploring the south east: Noto, Modica,Ragusa,Marzamemi,Syracuse etc. the local recommendations from Piero are all very good, and the local beach is beautiful, with good places for food and drink. all in all, an absolutely perfect holiday, grazie mille!!

Merveilleux séjour

La maison est à l’identique des photos. Accueil très chaleureux de Piero et sa femme qui sont aux petits soins. Beaucoup de petites attentions qui font très plaisir. Nous sommes venus avec notre bébé de 10 mois et tout etait prévu pour. La terrasse la piscine la salle de bain extérieur sont top top ! Emplacement a la campagne très calme entouré de verdure et arbres fruitiers. Il vous faut absolument une voiture si vous voulez bouger mais c’est le principe d’une maison a la campagne avec piscine a quelques minutes des plages. Rien a redire tout était parfait ! Merci !

Wunderschönes Haus / Beautiful house

Sehr schönes, sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Sehr schöne Strände und kleine Buchten sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. In ca. 30-60 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto sehr schöne Städte (Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Marzamemi). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Very nice, clean, very well equipped house. Nice beaches and small bays are reachable by car in about 10 minutes. Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Marzamemi can be reached by car in about 30-60 minutes. The landlord is very friendly and can always be contacted via WhatsApp if you need any help.

Casa Vacanze e relax

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dal momento che l’offerta corrispondeva esattamente ai nostri bisogni. La casa è arredata di buon gusto, pulizia impeccabile e siamo stati accolti con un dolce esquisito bibite frutte è tutto il necessario per effettuare la colazione. Non abbiamo dovuto pensare a nulla e i proprietari Piero e Federica sin da subito ci hanno messo al nostro agio . Nonno Pipo ci ha deliziato con i prodotti del suo orto con discrezione ed ospitalità . Non esiteremmo a suggerirlo a conoscenti ed amici . Belle persone!

Superbe endroit idéalement situé

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Piero qui a le souci constant que tout se passe bien et qui s'est montré très arrangeant pour notre arrivée. Nous avons apprécié les quelques attentions de bienvenue dont les rafraîchissements et le panier de fruits et légumes bio provenant du jardin d'à côté. La maison est très fonctionnelle et agréable. Les espaces extérieurs sont magnifiques avec la superbe piscine et la terrasse très cosy. L'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer en famille! Idéalement situé pour visiter Modica, Raguse, Noto et Syracuse et à proximité de belles plages de sables fins! A recommander sans hésitations!

The accommodation was beautifully presented..immaculately clean, stylish fixtures and fittings and very well equipped.The owners made us feel very welcome..delicious homemade cake etc and texted occasionally to see if everything was ok..and delivered a leaving gift.Value for money was amazing..I would recommend this property to anyone thinking of a holiday in Southern Sicily.
