Bikube Lyon is ideally located for my office but the staff and facilities are what make it so great.
The team are friendly, the rooms are well appointed and it’s very relaxed. I can also recommend breakfast and dinner.

Easy checking in and out.
Kind, polite and helpful staff.
Decent hotel, near public transport and tourist attractions.
My room was a bit noisy early in the morning/night due to deliveries to the businesses around.
It was ok as it was in Winter, but in warmer times, could be a problem.
Breakfast was fine, although quite basic.
Hotel is an old building but it was clean.

When we arrived at the hotel my husband was not well with stomach problems.The receptionist was so helpful and kind and ordered a pizza for us to be delivered to the hôtel só we would not have to go out to eat.The restaurant in the hotel,is closed over the weekend. Good outdoor space
The owner was welcoming and friendly; the house worked because we were family but interconnecting bedrooms would make it a bit odd perhaps for larger groups. The outside space is good; the inside a bit split up - but the weather was good so this didn’t matter.

Ideal location. Quiet, safe and peaceful location, steps away from the Sacred Heart Sanctuary. Room was very nice and the hotel staff was excellent ... warm and friendly and helpful! My only suggestion is it would be nice to have a hot water kettle in the room.
