It’s one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had in my life—a whole hotel doesn’t have a clean bedsheet. What??? On top of that, some of the guys there were racists, but the others were nice. The receptionist doesn’t even say anything to me when I check out at 11 AM on the 24th of April. (He is one of those people who practice the racism.)

Nice, but nice enough?
I stayed here for 11 days in November 2023. Check-in was easy and the room was pretty much as pictured. Several things about my stay would make me question returning next year. While conveniently located near the Metro, it was very difficult to get a taxi early. I left a day earlier than my reservation to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight home from a hotel that guaranteed early transportation to the airport. I could not chance not getting a ride to the airport once again. The room was clean but housekeeping never once came to change sheets or towels, nor empty the trash during my stay. Speaking of sheets, both the top and bottom sheets barely covered the mattress and of course, neither could be tucked in. The comforter on top was small as well. The toilet lid in the bathroom was not attached on both sides making it shut at an angle, but the toilet worked fine as did the shower. To save energy the halls were kept dark, too dark.. one light would have been nice. The staff on the main level spent much of their time on their mobile phones and the couches in the lobby. Only a few of them spoke English, but then, I was a guest in their country, not the other way around. It did make it difficult to ask some questions about the area and transportation though. Overall, it was a nice enough hotel, but I will most likely look at someplace else should I go back to Istanbul for the same conference next year.

The staff can improve. The guy from the desk call a taxi for me and ask me for a higher amount and get some cash from the taxi driver. The refrigerator was broken and it took about 5-6 hrs to check and change it. The bed comforter was dirty with dirty stains on it. Also the hotel was not in the main area, some walk was required to visit the main attractions

Nothing like the description on the website.
Travelled for the Champions League final but the hotel was disappointing. The greeting when we arrived was a little but strange but we assumed that was because we arrived at 02:00. The following morning we went to the reception expecting a friendly team that would enhance our stay. We asked for a map but the hotel reception didn't have one ? We went down for breakfast but had to just help ourselves as the lady working in the breakfast room was looking at her phone the whole time. The hotel site describes this friendly helpful team that can arrange tours etc. Unfortunately I lost my room key on our first day and had to buy another one ? Football was great but the hotel was poor at best !

My room didn’t really match its description, it was way to small even for 1 person, with a very noisy air conditioner and no windows at all, the little window was opening to utility room (not outside), breakfast was really good though. The area around the hotel didn’t look very safe, a lot of drunk people wandering about.

property was nice, the disappointing bit is from 8 days we stayed 1 room was only cleaned 1 day and the other was not when i asked the cleaner she said only after check out they will clean, she was very rude. basically it seemed that she did not want to do her job. 2 people staying in a room I politely asked for a 2nd card for the room and my god did I get a lecture and half that they don't give 2nd card and while having this conversation receptionist said that if we don't like this policy than we can leave if we want receptionist name is Aziz. I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager. when I told him that if he realises what he is saying he tells me that he knows. If I was not with my family I would have left and got another hotel I had to bite my teeth and stay. Aksin is very polite and helpful.

The day after i check in i left at morning and went back at midnight...when i entered to my room i found that the shower was broken i called the resption direct and he called his friend to clean the glass without changing the room they said tomorrow they will change it to me...then they left me without changing it for 3 days... of course i was talking to them in every chance then they they called the manager to talk to me at the second day and he is a Horrible person he just want to take extra money from me he was just saying i can give you better room id u will pay extra money (i reserved before 5 months for my trip it wasn't expensive so that why he was trying to get extra money from me and he said people are paying a lot of money in you payed about nothing here so that doesn't deserve another room ) after all this he gave me same room in another level....but the The services were disgusting, on one day they did not put towels for me and on another day they did not put toilet paper and in any case the towels were disastrous and also they do not clean the room well

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE. THE ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN AT ALL. THE BEDDING HAD STAINS. I BOOKED IT FOR 5 NIGHTS AND STAYED ONE NIGHT. THEY SAID THERES AC THE ROOM IS BOILING HOT. JUST A TERRIBLE HOTEL
