The apartment that was booked overlooks the Bosphorus, but there is no turnip for it to reach the apartment, and I had to change it on the second floor so that I could use the turnip, but the apartment was smaller and did not have two bathrooms, and the price difference was not refunded to me?

Size of the setting room is big. The property in actual is not same as in the photos. Location is far from the tourist places. I booked with with breakfast but actually there was no breakfast!!

Amazing Location near by Ortakoy Mosque
Staff were excellent and very helpful. Helped me at every step and good communication. The local area has lots of shops and a little supermarket to buy food for cooking and tea and coffee.

Great base for Ortakoy Square
Pros: - Brilliant location right by Ortakoy Square, loads of restaurants etc. nearby. - The place was very clean and in good condition. - Comfortable beds! - Most facilities good, WiFi strong, good water pressure in the shower, good aircon, large fridge. - Staff very helpful when asked, pretty good English. Cons: - Kitchen very sparsely equipped, e.g. there were only two mugs (one of which had a broken handle) - there were three of us. Cooking anything meaningful would have been a challenge! - Views from the windows were of nearby buildings and rooftops, no vistas at all. Not a major problem for us, but don't expect sweeping views of the Bosphorus!

The staff was very polite and supportive. However, corridor was very very smelly with bad odor that I could not tolerate. It is very stinky and I was about to vomit.

Excelent time, extra comfort, friendly personnel
We have been for five days in Istanbul to solve some persol business and to visit. We stayed 3 days in this apartment and it was a bless, comfy space, large apartment, huge TV, washing machine, excelent internet connection. Almost better than home. Also very friendly personnel, with good english knowledge, which is a gift in Istanbul, people does not speak so much english. The place is in the heart of one of the most active area, you are surrounded by restaurants, cafes, lounges, you can eat and drink whatever you wish.

Otele, yer bakimindan 10/10 veriyorum. Lokasyon mukemmel. Fakat birkac nokta var hosuma gitmeyen. Otopark tam otelin yaninda ama otele ozel degil dolayısıyla baska arabalar da park ediyor ve bu yüzden kalabalik olabiliyor. Neredeyse hemen her yer kapatilmisti zincirle ve zorlandik yer bulabilmek icin. Otelde ilk rezervasyon yaptirdigimizda buzdolabında 2 kucuk şişe su olacagi yazmisti ama yoktu. Oturma alanindaki tv'nin kablosu cikarilmisti, dolayısıyla calismadi ama gorevli gelip halletti. Duş olayi biraz sıkıntılı çünkü tank cok cabuk bosaliyor biri Duş yaptiginda ve diger kisinin biraz beklemesi gerekiyor tekrar sicak suyun dolmasi icin. Ilk gittigimizde sifon haznesinde bir sorun vardi, dolmuyordu sifon cekildiginde. Gorevli gelip yapti fakat daha sonra yine bozuldu. Tekrar 2 kisi geldi ve 1 saat gibi bir surede onardilar cunku sifonu degistirmek zorunda kaldilar. Biz 4 kisi kaliyorduk orda ve sadece 1 tuvalet oldugu icin biraz zorlandik acikcasi. Biz gelmeden once odaya bakilip incelenmesi daha iyi olabilirdi. Bunlarin disinda deluxe daire bayagi guzeldi. Odalar gayet genis ve konforlu. Kalorifer olmasi cok iyi. Banyo gayet genis ve guzel. Dedigim gibi lokasyon cok iyi.

Suit odada konakladık. 2 oda ve bir salon olması çocuklarla konakladığımız için harikaydı. Yataklar çok rahat ve odalarda 2 tv var.Otel çok merkezi bir yerde. Ortaköy merkeze 20 metre uzaklıkta. Dezantaj olarak geceleri dışardan seslerin gelmesi ve odaların biraz eski olmasını, duvarların temiz olmamasını sayabilirim.

+Очень удобное расположение, 100 м от берега. Удобно для короткого отдыха с семьей. В целом уютная квартира. «-« ванная быстро забивается, нет духовки и микроволновки, очень скудный набор посуды в кухне.

Bizim tuttuğumuz oda da tadilat var dediler ve başkabir oda önerdiler. Tuttuğumuz oda süiti.önerilen oda tek oda şeklindeydi . Mecburen kabul ettik. İyikide kabul etmişiz. Bu oda en üst katta ve güzel manzaralı bir yerdi. Bölge çok gürültülü. Üst katta olmamıza rağmen ses rahatsız ediyor. Onundış iyi .
