This hotel was great in every aspect. Not far from the metro and opposite a shopping mall. Hotel in general was very comfy, clean and had very attentive and friendly staff in reception, restaurants and bar area. I’ve stayed here twice now with and without children and been very happy both times.

Everyone’s playing with their phones!
We pulled up to valet the car and the valet guys, 3 of whom were chit-chatting, standing around, and playing with their phones, basically told us to buzz off and park our own car. The other valet pulled up behind us and starting honking at us to move the car. What a way to welcome your Hilton Honors guest! I finally self park the car in the garage and check in. I go to check in at the Hilton Honors desk and he tells me to go check in at the regular desk…He was too busy playing with his personal phone, I guess!! The room itself was fine. It had a bath tub, which was clean and the room was updated, decorated nicely and well equipped with slippers, enough towels, etc BUT THE STAFF ARE A FAILURE!

Great hotel absolutely 5 stars. Very nice swimming pool and jackuzi and fitness club very good. The breakfast was 5 stars and the parking was free. There have big mall in the other side of the hotel. Recommended hotel.

Property has noise till 2a.m. and it is not possible to sleep. Now, the good...the Brassiere Restaurant at the B FLOOR, the manager YAZOV is very nice, polite, professional, caring and hard working. Waiter Azon is also nice, polite.

i like the hotel in general , but the beds are very bad and they need to be changed , its not my first visit to the hotel and i tried many rooms , and all of them has a problem with the bed i think its the time to change them

The location was nice and walkable to many shopping and restaurants in the area. The hotel was modern and with good amenities. The room was small but comfortable. The staff were courteous. The hotel is on a busy highway and across from a shopping mall with a bright billboard, so the street noise and flashing lights were a bit annoying. If it weren't for the room service, I would have given a higher rating. But I was disappointed with the room cleaning service. Each day, there was something missing in the room. We were two staying in room, and they would leave one set of towels. They never replaced the tea/coffee in the room while there was a sign indicating they will do so once a day. The coffee cups they put in the room were so flimsy, they buckled under the hot water and were not usable, and they never replaced them in following days. They never took out the glasses used in the room and replaced with clean ones. Every day, I had to go to front desk to replenish the missing items. THey did so promptly, but had to be reminded. One day, they even took away the soap in the sink, and never put a new one, leaving us without a bar to wash our hands, until we had to ask for one. Overall, our stay was comfortable with few disappointments that were remedied.

I did like the breakfast I didnt like the surprises, no swimming pool, they charge to swim, hammam closed (wasnt notified earlier, sauna and jaccuzy closed also not notified. Had to call twice to get towels

Normally I like staying at Hilton but this hotel is tired and old (or the room I was in anyway). I spilled some water on the floor and there was a clean spot after I wiped it up. The staff was not engaged. The upside is that the gym was nice although the first one closed to guests on a Sunday that I've come across with over a month in Turkey. I would not stay again. The two that I know of on the Europe side are much nicer.

Good location. The furniture, bed ,and towels were old and not up to Hilton standards. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is not in a tourist area,but was convenient to shopping and the metro.

Following very disappointing items observed; 1. Breakfast was very poor and sub-standard and no value for the charges. 2. Room facility for 3 guests were no available. 3. Hotel restaurant which was on level 17 charged very high me for 3 poor meals. I strongly don’t recommend any one to have meal in same restaurant. In general I am very disappointed from Hilton hotel as a guest and Hilton Honors member.

There is a menu you can order from. Our standard room has 2 beds but we can order a third bed if you need. We hope to have a chance to welcome you back to the Hilton Istanbul Kozyatagı in the future.
