Sanat Hotel Pera Boutique
We had to change room as the neighbours were fighting/arguing until 4am. Hotel staff didn't seem to do anything about it other than agree to a room move the next morning. Similarly the first room (101) didn't have a fully functioning light in the bathroom, the sink leaked, the wallpaper was filthy ...
