"really bad experience. The boarder was closed and this hotel didn't have people to speak english. we spoke spanish and refused to help out. they were not willing to give us a refund either. I don't recommend a place with bad service and attitude."

"Great hotel, but the only real reason to stay there is to avoid crowds, the park is extremely congested during the day. It is an excellent hotel, but that was the bonus, not the main reason. You pay for it"
