The property did let me bag drop earlier which was great, but hadn’t replied to messages about it so had no idea if i could or how to do it. "Excellent location. We stepped off the ferry and in through the doors of the hotel, into a beautifully furnished and air-conditioned foyer. A very warm welcome awaited us and we were able to check in and access room immediately. Clean room with air conditioning was most welcome. Access to private outdoor pool and sun lounger area was excellent; we got loungers with a view of the lake! Breakfast was tasty with range of hot and cold foods available. Easy access to walking along the shoreline of Bellagio. Highly recommend a stay here."
