Grand Hotel Menaggio

"Tha amount of money we paid on the presidential suite wasn't worth it. The air conditioner was very finicky. It was either too hot or too cold and was very loud. No welcome drink or any welcome stuff for a presidential suite. Nothing spectacular except the view from the terrace. The staff in the dining room and reception/check in were not very welcoming."

"The hotel has an incredible spa to relax and reenergize from a long trip. Amazing views of Lake Garda! The breakfast has so many options to choose from and lots of tables to sit inside or outside and enjoy the weather. If you contact the hotel they can arrange parking pass ahead of your stay and an electric cart to pick up your luggage and you from the car parking location which was very helpful. The hotel staff at the front desk were the best I’ve had the pleasure and messages to the hotel through. Looking sure we’re always responded to promptly."

"We wanted a clean hotel near the train station and ferry. This ticked the boxes. Nice breakfast buffet options at the hotel. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Would stay here again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hotel and room were both clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating of all our requests. We loved the beach club with access to the lake and their floating dock as well as their pool. The drinks and food were all delicious. The hotel is a romantic hotel. The town and hotel were a beautiful experience. Highly recommend."

"The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and perfect. The breakfast was good and had a large selection of foods both hot and cold. The Street Food Restaurant had very good food and the rooftop restaurant is a must do experience."
