Italian Lakes Hotel Guide - Hotels with Breakfast in Italian Lakes, Italy

We had a wonderful time in Sirmione as part of a longer trip through Italy and Slovenia. We were upgraded on arrival and given lots of valuable information about the best places to eat and drink. Worth noting about Sirmione, is the need to book taxis well in advance and that there is an issue with buses in and out of the area, which caused us to miss our train by two hours!!

Extremely peaceful and beautiful villa. The gardens walking up to the house immediately transport you. The staff is beyond kind, and you feel spoiled by their breakfast! Enjoyed the views and pool. To get around the lake we did a few walks by foot, and used the bus. The hosts were kind enough to drive us to and from dinner. They even let us hang out the next day by the pool. Definitely recommend and would go back.

My partner and I spent one lovely night in this Villa. Excellent staff both before our staying and on location: polite, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. Big and comfy spa. We had the basic room: nice and well furnished, excellent tv and entertainment centre. Air evacuator in toilet was noisy (solution: close the door), and even more noisy (but very efficient) was the air-blowing heating system (solution: dive under the blankets). Buffet breakfast: very tasty, but not terribly...

Awesome stay, a stunning place with amazing staff (Michele). Book a room on the second floor with a balcony and lake view, it has the best ambience. The restaurant has MAGNIFICENT food, we could eat there all day. The only downside is the choice of food at breakfast, the selection is limited. Also a very big plus for adhering to all the covid regulations, this made me feel safe.

Best location around lake como

The staff made us feel very welcome. Reception staff went out of their way to to help. Dining room staff were also exceptional.

Enjoyed this hotel. Took a bus from the train station in Como and it drops you off right at the door of the hotel. Very clean room, nice restaurant, I would stay there again.

I stayed in several hotels when I used to visit Como. Now I live on the lake and when I stay in Como, this is my preferred hotel. The location is excellent, nestled in the pedestrian streets, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. Staff are always extremely helpful and give you a complementary drink upon arrival. All rooms have coffee / tea facilities and you get a bottle of water also.

Rating: 10/10 Our stay at Memesis 11 Boutique Hotel in Como was flawless from start to finish. The owners and staff are extraordinarily friendly—genuine hospitality that made us feel truly cared for rather than just checked in. They were incredibly helpful with every request and went above and beyond by organizing our wedding anniversary at a beautiful restaurant, turning a special day into an unforgettable memory. The hotel itself feels thoughtfully curated: intimate, stylish, immaculate, and...
