"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the...

"Wonderful and welcoming stay, they provide (with fee) transfer to Guarulhos airport. The hostel is clean and quiet and despite being an hostel my wife and I were treated very well, breakfast is very basic but you have a kitchen at your disposal "

"Hotel com boa infraestrutura, boa equipe de atendimento em geral, boa comida, e tudo isso numa região muito bonita. O destaque fica para a equipe de monitoria infantil. Contudo, para o que o hotel cobra e para o que se propõe, vejo e necessidade de melhorias importantes. Os quartos, a área das piscinas, as instalações dos restaurantes não estão à altura de um hotel de luxo."

"Hospedei-me na suite Estoril. As instalações estão bem degradadas , com rachaduras nas paredes e pintura bem amarelada. A janela esta bem encrostada. O banheiro é encardido e minúsculo , com espelho todo descascando e chuveiro elétrico de difícil regulagem. A TV é de 20", bem antiga e com imagem ruim. O sinal do WIFI é bem fraco.A varanda indicada nas fotos fica na garagem e não dentro do quarto, com circulação restrita se tem um carro guardado. A comida é normal , comparada a restaurantes...
