"Great place to stay "

"I am surprised this place is only 1 star, I would say it's a 3 star really. Being really picky but the telly in the room could of been bigger. I guess what should be included is a mosquito net, the mosquitoes on this island are savage. I had bites on bites. I was bathing in mosquito repellent and still was getting bitten."

"we loved the location of de pousada but a part from that it was really bad - a lot of mold in the room and we stayed several days - not once the rooms were cleaned, breakfast was not as described (way less and way more basic, fruits were missing no juices etc.). after day 6 we asked if they could fill up the toilet paper and they just handed my friend a box to fill it up since they don't do it. very disappointed about the place a part from the great location."

"Small intimate luxury hotel in excellent central location. Walk to restaurants, shopping, beach. Friendly staff, parking on site, comfortable rooms. An excellent breakfast with cook to order eggs. There is a small pool and outdoor shower. The beach is across the street. The hotel has a restaurant which specializes in pizza from a wood fired oven. On the beach they also have a bar. You can charge restaurant and beach bar to your room. Our room, number 16, was very spacious. The air conditioning was fine. There is a small deck with a table and two chairs. They one thing to improve on is the beach bar. The sunset from the beach is amazing. Unfortunately the bar closes just before sunset. Not to worry, up the road about 100 yards in another beach bar with music on the weekends till the sunsets. "

Great time on the Island Ilhabela

"Very good friendly and relaxing stay over.Family orientated, family environment, very good high quality material being used for building and interior etc., all full functional. Breakfast could be better (on benchmark international), coffee being prepared in pots (individual coffee machine preferred with beans) should be better. Very quiet and harmonic still being very closed to the road, nature in the garden full visible, birds singing in the morning, fitness center, tennis court, swimming and relaxing pool. Summary: Fantastic stay with tendency to repeat again. "
