Skaneateles Lake Residence

  • Bright and spacious home with 88 feet of private Skaneateles Lakefront. Original Architect owned masterpiece overlooking beautiful Skaneateles Lake on a dead-end road. A massive, wrap-around deck (1 of 4) offers extreme privacy and endless room to entertain. Inside, the open floor plan boasts a two-story great room with a wall of windows & maple hardwood floors, huge chef’s kitchen with two ovens, corian counters, two tone cabinets and an oversized eating area. This level also offers a game room and first floor owner’s suite. The upper-level features second floor balconies (inside & out), three spacious bedrooms, another full bathroom and an additional open area for reading or relaxing. Outside there are three decks attached to the main house and an addition party-sized deck at the waterfront, plus a fire pit, gas grill, lounge chairs, tables & chairs, dock, boat hoist and multiple kayaks for lake enjoyment. A total of four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
