"Staff was so friendly !! "

"The staff were super friendly and helpful! The room itself was nice...sure, the property could use a little TLC here and there, but overall it was great. You’d really have to nitpick to find much to complain about. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing I noticed is that it seems like anyone could enter through the side entrances. There are cameras around, and I didn’t notice any issues, but coming from NYC, that stood out to me a bit. Otherwise, the place had all the accommodations you’d need, and the welcome gift bag was such a thoughtful touch! I would definitely stay here again. "

"Stayed last night because I had surgery this morning and the Room was nice and clean, front desk was nice, bed and pillows are really comfortable, the provided bath products are really nice, parking is a bit tight out back but good for downtown, would stay again"

"The staff was amazing, the room could have been cleaned a bit better (pubic hair in the shower and on the toilet, crumbs on the nightstand and the floor by the night stand). The bed was so uncomfortable that I tossed and turned all night and woke up with sore hips. Breakfast was good, they had a variety of cereals, bagels and pastries, hot waffles and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches."
