"It is a Great place to relax and enjoy the beach with the family. The food was great with a taste of traditional Mexican cuisine. The nightly shows are enjoyable!! The Staff is amazingly excellent from the room service to the outdoors. The service at the Caracol Bar with Lucio, Anibal, and Carlos was Excellent. "La habitación está súper bien, amplia y tiene todas las comodidades, aunque si estaría mejor que ya incluyera el mini refrigerador. La limpieza solo la hicieron por encimita porque en la entrada y el baño de la habitación 715 había acerrin de la puerta que las termitas se están comiendo. De ahí en fuera todo está bien, nos gustó la vista, la piscina, la comida podrían mejorar un poco pero vale la pena hospedarse en Krystal. El restaurante Bogart’s 10 de 10"

"The staff was amazing! Everyone was helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean, can't complain there. The only thing that I would have wanted would have been a greater variety of food at the buffet restaurant other than that the Views were amazing from my room. Overall I had a very good experience at this resort. The activities at the pool were a lot of fun as well. One Last thing, if you are planning on a relaxing stay, this might not be the hotel for you, we stayed Friday through Monday and every night there was Disco Club night so there was music playing until 12 midnight and the next day, Saturday, until 1 am. I was traveling with my elderly parents so this was something we didn't like."
