Dont know how it is rated 5 stars, no bill boy to carry bags for old people, not very good understanding of English, we had to beg for facial tissues the hotel is great as a building , nice location and view but staff are poor breakfast not up to expectations

Gorgeous, fancy place.
Great rooms. Only down side is I believe our AC unit was broken but we didn’t mention anything as we just opened the window — wouldn’t be fair to dock the hotel on this one. Gorgeous night outside. We were greeted by very friendly staff and the room was very comfortable. The Mercedes was parked right in front of the entrance, showing off the hotel’s luxurious customers. The second was a view from our room.

Is a great property with so much potential. I think Covid has hit this property hard. Rooms were nice, clean and roomy; spa was open but limited hours. The massage was one of the best i have received. Food was lackluster. Huge dining room so probably use to high volume. Twice we were the only ones eating. Menu was very limited. Pool was nice but not lounge chairs or cushions outside like the picture shows. Staff was friendly but not overly attentive.

Quiet two night stay
Breakfast was great! All of our meals were very good. Yemekler çok iyidi. The pool is large and the area was clean. We enjoy swimming in the sea, but there is no easy access to it here. The employees were all helpful and polite despite our very limited Turkish language. Tüm çalışanlar saygılıydı.

great choice
very pleasant stay at this new clean and comfortable hotel. everything was great, the location, decor, furniture, facilities, service, staff and large parking. the only thing I didn't like was there breakfast buffet. limited choices and no variety.

Such a shame we looked forward to our stay, only to find pool closed, bathroom had very bad smell from drain, no hot water on one night, and the cleaning was well below what we would have liked to see from 5 star hotel. On a plus note staff so helpful and pleasant. Food and service for evening meal was good. But there was nowhere else in area to get a meal, so had to eat at hotel.

Súper fascinada con todo! El personal es muy amable, la habitación muy cómoda, la ubicación es perfecta! Tiene la parada de buses Havas (bus del aeropuerto de Trabzon) súper cerca! La comida sabrosa, ame este lugar. Muy agradecida con todos, en especial con el Sr. Murat y el Sr. Furkan de Okba tour, me ayudaron a coordinar mi viaje hacia los cultivos de té y otros lugares hermosos en Rize. La disposición de ellos fue lo máximo. De verdad que les súper recomiendo que se hospeden en este hotel! Lo mejor de lo mejor. Muchas gracias! Teşekkürler! Espero volver pronto.

Otelin konumu çok çok güzeldi. Konaklama çalışanları ise güleryüzlü yardımsever içtenlikle karşılama yapıldı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum .

Das Hotel und die Lage sind super! Es sehr sauber und angenehm in der größe. Das Frühstücksteam ist leider nur befriedigend! Beim Frühstück habe ich sehr viel Mängel gesehen und das Personal sollte besser geschult sein. Was ich auch am Abend negativ fand war, dass man im Longe nicht zu trinken angeboten bekommt. Dafür wurde ich von Personal gebeten raus ins Cafe zu gehen (also Hotel verlassen ein paar Schritte laufen und unbequemen raum setzen und Tee genießen (zum Lachen)). Das Türkische-Tee musste man bezahlen, in anderen Hotels konnte man so viel Trinken wie man es mochte (per Selbstbedienung). Die Region steht für Tee, da es dort viele Teeplantagen gibt. Leider kommt es nicht zum ausdruck im Hotel, es gibt nur Tee-Pflanzen draussen. In diesem Bezug gibt es viel dort zu tun!!!!!

Babillon İyidere Rize
Otelin konumu başarılı, güleryüzlü çalışanları var. Sadece odalarda minibar boş olmasaydı daha iyi olurdu. Denize sıfır oteli tavsiye ederim.

Otele havuzu için o kadar para verdim ama gittiğimizde ısıtma sistemi arızalı dediler buda bana hiç inandırıcı gelmedi muhtemelen tasarruf etmek için uydurdukları bahane bu. Arabanız yoksa otel şehirden çok uzakta yaklaşık 13 km civarı Trabzona doğru yol gitmeniz gerekiyor. Havuz işlemediği bundan sonra için şehir merkezinde bir yeri tercih ederim
