Lightning outside can be improved. Staff can be a little bit more welcoming. It’s a beautiful hotel in a dark street. The city can be more helpful if they put better street lights.
The bathroom is impressive due to heated floors. The room is spacious. If you request they will give you slippers to wear on the room.

The breakfast menu was fresh. All the public transportation eight minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel staff are extremely helpful.

Nice room with a good shower in a good location. Bed was very hard, the staff were professional but very cold and aloof, the breakfast was very restrictive not much choice for people with egg allergies.

Everything was exceptional and we were well looked after. The Spa as expected was busy and unfortunately some customers who use the facilities are rude or don't have any etiquette and just reserve beds with towels and not use them.
