Good hotel. Needs a better self laundry service washing machines do up to a 6kg wash but struggle to dry that amount. Only two machines. Always a wait. Bathroom vent mouldy We're older and didnt like the red light area so close to the hotel. That part of Tokyo is also very dirty. Lovely rooftop bar

When I stay in Shinagawa, I always choose a Prince Hotel to stay because they have high quality everything. This was an elegant hotel that had the Prince Hotel quality.
