"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable."

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a great experience staging in a traditional ryokan. The staff was helpful and very attentive to our needs, and they included tea and Japanese sweets upon arrival. "Wonderful hotel. Each room had the perfect amount of amenities and space. Really appreciated the free drink on arrival, and the breakfast was excellent."

"Rooms are a bit dated but super clean and well maintained. Staff was awesome, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel in Japan. Location is fairly remote, but extremely peaceful, and there are free shuttle busses into Toyooka. Onsen was pretty good and clean. If you are looking for a relaxed time away from the typical tourist bustle, I can highly recommend this hotel. Most guests were elderly and extremely friendly, and it was completely silent at night."

"Excellent parking. Comfortable, quiet."

"Breakfast: very good Japanese style breakfast"

"Comfortable bed and very good breakfast buffet. "

"Excellent rooms, staff and food. Will come back soon"

"Amazing room, with beautiful views with easy bus rides to kinosaki . Its a must 💕"

"The western room was large & spacious, however the decor and amenities are quite dated (tv, towels, etc.). Nonetheless we did have everything we needed during our stay. Unfortunately as I have tattoos, I was unable to use any of their bathing areas but was able to once in the centre of town at other onsen locations (make sure you check first!)."

"Clean, quiet hotel. The most comfortable beds we have slept in during our trip "

"ただのラブホです 直接取ったほうが安いですよ。倍取られます。"
