"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable."

"Wonderful hotel. Each room had the perfect amount of amenities and space. Really appreciated the free drink on arrival, and the breakfast was excellent."

"Rooms are a bit dated but super clean and well maintained. Staff was awesome, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel in Japan. Location is fairly remote, but extremely peaceful, and there are free shuttle busses into Toyooka. Onsen was pretty good and clean. Most guests were elderly and extremely friendly, and it was completely silent at night."

"Excellent rooms, staff and food. Will come back soon"

"Amazing room, with beautiful views with easy bus rides to kinosaki . Its a must 💕"

"The western room was large & spacious, however the decor and amenities are quite dated (tv, towels, etc.). Nonetheless we did have everything we needed during our stay. Unfortunately as I have tattoos, I was unable to use any of their bathing areas but was able to once in the centre of town at other onsen locations (make sure you check first!)."
