"As advertised. Small and basic but very clean and quiet. Great location. Everything was in good working order. "

"Cabin was very cozy. We were happily surprised by the S'mores kit and plenty of drink options (hot chocolate powder pouches, coffee, teas). Parking is really convenient in that you can back in your car right to the cabin providing more privacy while sitting at picnic bench and fireplace."

"The house was great! Hot tub and fire pit made the nights outside perfect! Only issues were there were no wash rags and most beds didn’t have a flat sheet, only fitted sheets. Plan to book again in the future!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the River Retreat! The property was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the Santa Fe River. There are plenty of nearby springs to explore, and we enjoyed paddling on both the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers. If you’re a nature lover, I highly recommend staying here!"

"Cabin inside was very clean! Kitchen was stocked with necessary items. I completely understand the decks are open to the elements, but it would be nice to hose it down every so often. Wear your shoes outside. The boardwalk to the water is a good length, but that’s expected for the area. The house had all the fun water rafts/kayaks, the only bummer was you’re not provided the key for neighborhood park. So you have to use the State Park across the street and no instructions. It would have been nice to utilize the rafts from the house. "
