"Do not book this hotel. HOTEL staff shared with me when I came to check in that they would move me to another sister hotel because of plumbing issues. They sent me to Holiday Inn express, which was disgusting, including stains on mattresses stains in the bathtub and other things I can’t even mention.. when I asked the Residence Inn staff how to get to the other hotel the staff told me there’s a sidewalk and pointed. Wearing heels and walking down a long embankment with suitcases. I finally made it to the hotel and checked in. I tried to speak with the management of the residence inn and let them know that there was a problem and they did nothing but tell me I could check back into their hotel the next day. No compensation no support just oh sorry. Don’t stay here if you want someone to ensure that you have a clean room that you paid for, and that your reservation will be kept, and your concerns will be answered. So much time wasted."

"The kitchen was equipped and the room was clean. Nice staff. Lake view was overlooking the boat storage area which distracted from a clear view of tge lake. "

"Same breakfast for 3 days. Only beans was replaced on 2nd day. Only 2 fruits selection. No boiled egg on 3rd eday. Rooms are okay, but not great. You could see visible dirty marks on the bathroom."

"We had a very good stay overall. The property was clean and accurately reflected the listing, which made everything feel easy and straightforward. The host was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout.The location was also a great fit—being close to the train station made getting downtown simple and convenient. Port Credit had some great shops to explore as well, including Leonidas. Overall, a comfortable and reliable place to stay."
