"The breakfast was quite good although Americans drink really bland coffee. I had to wait more than an hour for the shuttle when I got to Dallas. This can be frustrating when you are tired after a long flight. The view from my room on the second floor was quite ugly because it looked out at an untidy area with air conditioners. Also, Netflix did not seem to work. It looked like the hotel had a lot of amenities but unfortunately my stay was short."
