"The room was nice and had a coffee maker and a refrigerator. I waited for the shuttle for an hour and called the hotel and found out you needed to call to be picked up and eventually got there in another hour. Nowhere was it mentioned that you needed to do that. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful."
