"Horrible experience. They gave a key to our room to another family who woke us up in the middle of the night then wanted ME to come to the lobby. They did not have breakfast although it was listed on the amenities. No soap in the bathroom"

"Very seedy area. Within 1/2 mile were two strip clubs and an adult book store."

"This property is not representative of Hampton Inn. Ran out of breakfast at 9:00 a.m. didn't replenish until 9:50, breakfast is over at 10:00 a.m. They did leave the buffet open later. The room had a terrible stinch. The tracks in the shower had mold and mildew. The tracks for the closet door in the bedroom were filthy and didn't slide well. the kitchen consisted of a microwave and mini refrigerator. I DO NOT recommend this property and will never stay here again."

The hosts thought of everything, from stocking snacks and drinks, to having extra amenities and presetting the temperature for our arrival. We even had a hand written card welcoming us. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to Jackson! "
