"The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They were able to answer any questions I had, and always welcomed me when I came in, and acknowledged me. They made sure I had everything I needed, and even called ahead of time to see if there was anything they could do to accommodate me. I would recommend them again, and next time I come to Jackson I will stay there. "

"We didn't have to adjust the temp. It was very comfy. We did wash clothes and very happy we didn't need a pocket full of quarters. We did need plates as well. The front desk gave us a room with everything. Very happy. "

"It was a decent place to stay. Only issues we had was they are cosmetic issues with the property. But you get what you pay for. There was also the beep beep beeping that kept going on threw out the night and day which we found out later was the doorbell for front desk. Also the walls are thin. There was a couple arguing the first night we were there then early in the morning we hated a nothing argument in the front officee area"
