"The property was located in a mixed, but mostly commercial area, but really close to the Fondren and Belhaven areas and the stadium, and great restaurants and coffee shops. The house is great for a family, however, but a designated living space would have been great in lieu of the formal dining. The teenagers enjoyed the pool table. I appreciated the large TVs in all rooms and beds were comfortable. The flooring was a real concern and unstable in one of the bedrooms. The vinyl flooring was cracked and sunken in, so safety was a real concern. Similarly, the hallway was uneven. The garbage was overflowed beyond capacity, and the grounds were not well kept, even thought it was concrete. It appears someone came over and ran a weed eater over very small grassy without using a blower adequately or removed the trash. That was disappointing as there were cigarette butts and beer bottle tops at the entrance and the garbage appeared stacked from more than one previuos stay. The host didn't appear too concerned.The ONLY closet in the entire property was located in our bedroom, but unfortunately that's where the washer and dryer was, so the noise when laundering with six people did not make for a relaxing and quiet bedroom.Even with all stated, overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend if the issues are resolved."

The hosts thought of everything, from stocking snacks and drinks, to having extra amenities and presetting the temperature for our arrival. We even had a hand written card welcoming us. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to Jackson! "
