Had an issue with our room and the staff was very helpful and switched us rooms right away. Staff is very friendly. Facility is very clean and breakfast was good. 2nd time staying here and I would recommend it. Only thing that was disappointing was the water pressure.

The front desk staff were all amazing and the corner balcony room had a very nice view. The hand lotion and shower gels smelled so great too! However, the linens for the pull-out sofa were stained and had long brown hairs all over them. The pillows were also pretty lumpy and flat and I didn’t like the itchy bed covers.

This hotel was great. It was close to food and shopping. The area was safe. The Staff was unbelievable, so nice and very helpful. Great Hotel to stay at if in Jackson MS. (had an EV charger as well)
