Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The young man that works at the front desk Nick is okay but the breakfast is terrible the rooms that I have encountered either have had roaches and the downstairs room and the upstairs are filthy and have more roaches the parking is okay but y'all really need to clean those rooms and you need to get new towels even when I asked that my towels be replaced I still ended up with bath towels that look like cleaning towels or look like no bleachers being used in those so every butt stain or makeup stain or whatever that somebody leaves on them is still on them... I tried to make do with it because it was kind of affordable but I don't want to bathe with towels that have other people's body hairs on them I don't want to sleep in a room and I don't know if I'm going to wake up with roaches in my hair the room that I ended up with last night was so filthy that I literally pulled the sheets up off the mattress to check for bed bugs please do better people are struggling but you all make enough money to maintain that hotel in a better condition than what you do it's very unfair to your customers and like I told Nick smoking is not the problem that you have roaches and not cleaning those rooms is also the lighting oh my goodness you only had like two bulbs in the room one over the window and one over the top right side of the bed and 3/16 change some light bulbs who is responsible for your maintenance who is your cleaning manager whoever they are needs to be addressed.
