Staff was rude, demanded my passport for id, stating drivers license wasn’t enough. Worst check-in experience ever. The lady should not be working with tourists…. She has her own agenda. Also the tv and ac in the room don’t work. The hotel is run down and not cheerful atmosphere at all.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. It’s a great location and close to the Florida Theater and several restaurants are within walking distance.

The stay was wonderful. The front counter people were all nice . The rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was pretty good for a free breakfast.

Breakfasts were great. The whole property felt like it needed updating. I had an iron that dint work. When I asked for another they brought one right away and it was old and in its last leg. Everything was kind of like that. While staff was great.
