  • A very good alternative to hotels. House is one block from the beach. The house has 2 units: ground floor and 2nd+3rd floors which are separate from each other. Guests will be able to use ground floor (first floor) of this 3 floor house. Entrance is on the side of the house with a driveway. Second and third floors are separate units/address. Front porch has unobstructed view of the beach. Internet/Wifi is available. Accommodates 2 adults with 2 children. A queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Owner is available locally and can be contacted anytime. Parking included. Walking distance from downtown Jacksonville Beach, Seawalk pavilion and numerous beach bars.
